Warranty Statement
VCN Lighting Solutions warrants that every luminaire we supply is free from defects in materials and workmanship for up to five (5) years from the date of commissioning. Within this period any product failing under normal operating conditions is repaired or replaced free of charge — including LED modules, drivers and surface finishes.
The warranty assumes installation in line with our technical guidelines and operation within the rated voltage, temperature and IP environment.
